    When you use the contact form to get in touch with us, we collect the following information: your name, your email address, and any information you include in the message field.
  • Breakthrough Call Form
    When you book a  breakthrough call and are redirected to an application form, we collect the following information: your name, your email address, and any information you include in the form to prepare for the call.
Data collected when you interact with this website
  • Mailing List
    When you sign up to receive weekly emails, and/or service and product updates, we collect your first name and your email address.
  • Registering an account
    When you register and create an account on this website — during the checkout process for a product or service — we collect the following information: your name, your address (including country, street address, town/city and postcode), your phone number, your email address, and your password (we do not view your password).
  • Booking sessions
    When you book an online call session with us on this website, we collect the following information: your name, your email address, and any information you enter into the booking form. Entering your phone number is not required to make a booking. 
  • Signing up for Safe Space Sessions
    When you sign up to attend a Safe Space Session, we collect the following information: your first name and the initial of your last name, your email address, your phone number, and any information you enter into the booking form. Entering your phone number is required to make a booking, so we can send you an SMS message with details of the session venue.
Data collected when you place an order
  • Placing an order
    When you place an order for products or services on this website, we collect the following information: your name, your email address, your phone number, and your billing and/or address.

  • Processing your payment
    In order to place an order on this website, you will need to make payment for the products or services you have selected. We use third party payment provider to process payments: Stripe. Your payment will be processed by the payment provider you choose to process your payment via a payment gateway. Stripe collect, use, and process your information, including payment information, in accordance with their privacy policies.     We use Kartra as the e-commerce platform for processing orders. When you place orders with us, your information will be processed by Kartra; however, Kartra does not collect any information about you when it processes your order. Kartra is owned byGenesis Digital, LLC and you can access their privacy policy here.

    Reason for processing and usage: To respond to email enquiries we receive and retain a record of email conversations.

Data collected when you interact with this website
  • Mailing List
    Reason for processing and usage: To process your consent. When you give your consent to receive emails from us or product/service updates, your personal information is used to send you e-newsletters.
  • Registering an account
    Reason for processing and usage: To register and administer accounts on this website to provide you access to content and updates about your purchases.
  • Booking sessions
    Reason for processing and usage: To facilitate scheduling and management of 1:1 sessions you book with LaYinka.
  • Signing up for Safe Space Sessions
    Reason for processing and usage: To facilitate your reservation for a spot at a Safe Space Session. Your phone number is used to inform you of the session venue and is not stored on any mobile devise, and messages are deleted once the session is over.
Data collected when you place an order
  • Placing an order
    Reason for processing and usage: All necessary information (i.e. name and address) are collected by the checkout form to fulfil our obligations to you (i.e. sending you receipts, order confirmations, and fulfilling a service or sending products (where applicable)). We collect your phone number to easily and effectively contact you in relation to your order and your account.

  • Processing your payment
    Reason for processing and usage: To fulfil your contractual obligation to pay for products or services you have order from us.

How long dO we retain your personal inforMation for?

We keep your personal information for the shortest period of time possible, and only for as long as necessary. Specific retention periods are outlined below.

Order information

In order to fulfil our legal obligation to keep records for tax purposes, we retain order information for at least six years after the end of the financial year in which you placed your order for products and/or services.

Email enquiries

When you contact us by email or via our contact form, we will keep your information for as long as is necessary to respond to and resolve your query. We will then retain it for a further 3 months. After this period, we will delete your information.

Mailing list

We retain the information you used to sign up for our mailing list(s) for as long as you choose to stay subscribed, or if we choose to cancel mailing list services — whichever happens first.

Breakthrough calls

All breakthrough calls are recorded for monitoring and training purposes. Calls of clients who do not work with us are retained for a period of 1 (one) month. Calls of clients who do work with us are retained for a period of 12 (twelve) months. 

How dO we secure your personal information?

We take appropriate and commercially reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to protect it against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. It’s for this reason that all pages are secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to encrypt all payment transactions. Secure pages can be identified by a lock icon in the address bar of your browser.

Breakthrough call recordings are securely stored and encrypted in cloud storage, only accessible to LaYinka Sanni herself.

Who dO we share your personal information with?

We do not and will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

What rights dO you have in relation to your information?

You have the right, subject to the payment of a small fee and appropriate identity verification, to request access to your personal information we may have. If you wish to exercise this right, you should:

  • put your request in writing by sending an email to: hello@layinkasanni.com, with ‘Data Request’ in the email subject line;
  • include proof of your identity and address (i.e. a copy of your driving licence or passport, and a recent utility or credit card bill); and
  • specify the personal data you want access to.

You have the right to request that we correct any inaccuracies in your personal information, completely free of charge. If you wish to exercise this right, you should:

  • put your request in writing by sending an email to: hello@layinkasanni.com, with ‘Data Amendment’ in the email subject line;
  • provide us with enough information to identify you (i.e. account number, user name, registration details); and
  • specify the information that is incorrect and what it should be replaced with.

You also have the right to ask us to stop processing your personal information for marketing purposes, and to request your personal information to be deleted from our web serves. If you wish to exercise this right, you should:

  • provide us with enough information to identify you (i.e. your full name); and
  • specify the information you would like us to remove.

We are concerned with the safety and privacy of children online; thus, we abide by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA),we do not knowingly collect or store any personal information about children under the age of 13. If you are under 18 years of age you are not authorised to provide us any personal information and should not use or access this Website.

Anti-Spam Policy

We have taken the necessary steps to ensure that we are compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 by never sending out misleading information.
